Anyone who knows me, knows I am a huge fan of self-development. I truly believe that we never stop learning. But I realize also that the love for self-development and personal growth might turn into the belief that something is wrong with us. In my article that is now available on Elephant Journal, I write about how my (subconscious) belief that I was broken affected me in various ways.
I was never sporty. As a kid I was good at running but that was about it. I hated any sports with balls (and did the thing of closing my eyes when a ball was thrown at me ... LOL). Mostly, I didn't even really try because I worried about looking stupid.
Even my back pain - which started in my late twenties - wasn't motivation enough to get more active.
This month's blog post is about what has changed in the last few months.
